The Solution
We develop a comprehensive plan for your property. We implement the plan by doing the following:
- Selecting the appropriate crew for your property needs
- Pre-arrival conference call to discuss the comprehensive plan and work flow process
- Arranging crew’s arrival and start dates with the property manager
- Once on-site, crew leader will do a final plan review to ensure there have not been any changes or updates
- Assigning crew leaders for daily unit allocation and ensure the key process is understood
- Arranging inspections throughout the turn for quality control and signing off on the various units
